My husband and I worked with Lakeside to get all of our carpet downstairs redone, and also new vinyl upstairs with an additional carpet segment. We also did a carpet runner on the stairs and an additional rug from the left over carpet.

We really enjoyed the quality of the customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Fast responses by email and phone.

The work done was of a good quality, and we were very happy with how it turned out. The only issue was one of the pieces of the stairs was misaligned, and the extra rug was a little too long. These issues were corrected promptly.

We would happily recommend Lakeside for any flooring needs anyone might have!

It was done when we were told it would be. The floor looks great, they put the baseboard back on. We are very satisfied and would recommend them.

What a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I knew this was the right company when the sales rep came out. It was obvious he had years of experience in flooring and knew what he was talking about. The price was very fair. They kept in contact with me after signing the contract and again everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The men who installed the oak and cork flooring were really nice and knew what they were doing. It’s so nice to have a great experience and such craftmanship with a contractor! Thank you!

They did a great job. We had carpet installed in two of our bedrooms. They helped me pick out the carpet by asking about my needs and uses of the carpet. They kept me informed along the way. On install day they were great too. They even noticed some maintenance that was needed in the hallway and repaired that as well, no extra charge. Very happy with everyone, owners, office people and installers.
